How Does the Virtual consult Work?
Our virtual consults are 1 hour appointment via Skype, Facetime, or Google Hangout. We utilize the video in order to assess your biomechanics during a series of movements that we go through with you. For example watching your squat, lunge, walk, perform heel raises, and many other motions. We take a look at your shoes, your inserts, your posture, etc. All of this paired with your description of your past medical history, current and past symptoms, and goals allows us to determine the patterns that may be contributing to your pain or discomfort and put together a plan for you to implement at home.
